A positive birth meditation session helps you cultivate calm and confidence for childbirth through guided visualisation, deep breathing and relaxation techniques. You’ll connect with your baby, release fears, build inner strength and visualise a smooth, empowering birth, reducing anxiety and promoting peace as your prepare for labour.
This session is 60 minutes.

This session will last 90 minutes and will be tailored to suit the trimester you are in.
